Give Hope......ADOPT!!!!

Who out there is considering adoption?  How long have you been thinking about doing it? Are you ready to take a leap of FAITH, step out of the boat and do what God has called you to do? Or maybe it was a childhood dream to adopt or it has been a desire of your heart for some time?  We are in the process of adopting a special needs child from Eastern Europe. Maybe you would ask me....why from a different country? My answer would be this: God called me to adopt, from the young age of 10 yrs old and no, I didn't think it would be Eastern Europe. I thought that I would be called to adopt a child from Africa, as  I use to watch "Feed The Children" with my grandmother all the time, and saw how starved the children were, and the conditions they lived in and my heart was burdened for them at such a young age.  I , of course , didn't realize God had a plan for my life, until many years later.... What I found out was that many are called, but few " answer THE CALL" ....God chose my husband and myself  to adopt and we are extremely excited about getting our precious child from Eastern Europe!
The adoption process is no easy task to say the least, as I have found out through many friends. Yes, we all will have many ups and downs during the process, but there is a lot of support for each and everyone of you, that are considering adoption. You and I are not alone and it will be worth everything you dreamt or thought it would be. Our child is waiting patiently for us and we are her only voice. She cannot speak for herself and cannot pay to get herself out of the orphanage. We are doing everything we know to do, to get her home, where she will get the proper care that she needs, but most of all the "LOVE" that she so deserves!  If you feel lead in your heart to donate and sow seed into our lives and the life of our child, you may do so here.
God Bless You,
Buffey

Introduction

Hello from Indiana, We are Dale and Buffey Kunkle. We have been married for over 13 years and have two boy's. We have wanted to adopt for a long while now, and we didn't really know when that would be, we were just waiting on God's timing. I, have felt the calling to adopt, since the age of 10 years old. In 2002', we lost a daughter, when I was 5- 5 1/2 months along in my pregnancy. Devastation to say the least, as we didn't understand why God would allow this to happen. In June of 2004', I gave birth to my youngest son, who is a miracle to say the least. After the loss of our daughter and the very difficult time, I had carrying my son, we chose to have my husband get fixed. The doctor's said it wasn't a wise thing for me to carry another child, and we agreed. Years later, we decided our family wasn't complete, and we contemplated adoption at that time, but financially and spiritually It wasn't the right timing.....My husband and I , then brought up a few years later that we wanted more children. We decided then to have him get a reversal done and try for our own biological children once more, despite what the doctors were saying, because we believed in the power of prayer and a God, that worked miracles!!!! We were excited at that fact that we would be parents again. The reversal didn't work and we found this out, after trying for 2 years......thinking it was me the whole time. So after many doctor appointments and finding out that we could no longer have our own children biologically, we were obviously devastated and we were angry. We didn't understand how some doors could be open and others could be closed permanently. I cried out to God and asked Why? You see, God has his reasons, for everything. After some time had passed, we then again, began to talk about adopting a daughter. We just knew in our hearts, that our family wasn't complete. I did a lot of searching and researching for months and eventually came across Reece's Rainbow...I knew then, that my calling would come to pass and we would be adopting a child for our family. We came across "Jenni" and felt drawn to her. We hope and pray that our journey to adopt this beautiful child, will not be in vain, but it will glorify God to the fullest as we are to take care of his orphans and widows. What could please him more? This journey, we know isn't an easy one, and would appreciate all the prayers and support. May God Bless you, as you follow us and our journey and help sow seed into her life and our lives. Love, The Kunkle's
